Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your CreatorTrend account and all associated data at any time:

1. Sign in to your CreatorTrend account.
2. Open Settings → Account.
3. Scroll to the Delete Account section.
4. Confirm the deletion. This is irreversible.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, email, and authentication records.
• All content you generated (ideas, scripts, videos, thumbnails).
• Linked social media credentials (encrypted OAuth tokens).
• Saved trends, calendar entries, and analytics history.
• Billing records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years).

Disconnecting individual social accounts

To revoke our access to a single platform without deleting your CreatorTrend account, go to Settings → Social Accounts and click Disconnect next to the relevant platform. The OAuth token is removed from our database immediately.

Request deletion via email

If you can't access your account, email privacy@creatortrend.app from the address associated with your account. We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.

Confirmation

Once deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and a deletion proof record identifier you can keep for your records.
