Troubleshooting: AI features not working

If an AI feature fails, it's almost always temporary. Here's the checklist:

1. Try again

Brief hiccups happen — a single retry resolves most one-off failures.

2. Check your quota

Idea, thumbnail, and video generation are metered per plan. If you've hit a monthly cap, the error message will say so; upgrading or waiting for the monthly reset fixes it.

3. Simplify the request

Very long prompts or unusual inputs occasionally trip the AI. Shorten your keywords and try once more.

4. Contact us

If a feature stays broken for more than a few minutes, email support@creatortrend.app with what you were doing and roughly when — we can see server-side errors and fix the root cause.
