How credits work
Ideas, hooks and scripts are unlimited — they never use credits.
Clip Studio shows Fast / Smart / Deep source-minute rates and has a 15-minute minimum. Video prices are for a 30-second render. Length changes the price because it changes how many scenes are generated — a 15s video costs 40% less, a 60s video 2.2x more. The exact price is shown before you generate.
Credits refresh every month. Run out and you can top up from your billing settings — topped-up credits roll over and are valid for 12 months. If a generation fails, its credits go straight back to your balance.

Billing questions
- What is a credit?
- Credits meter the things that cost us real money to run — AI thumbnails, video renders, Clip Studio minutes and Copilot messages. Ideas, hooks and scripts never use credits. The price list above shows what each action costs.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Your monthly plan allowance resets at the start of each billing period. Credits you buy as a top-up are a separate balance: they roll over and expire 12 months after purchase.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes — from Settings → Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid features until then and are not charged again.
- Is there a refund?
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for a new paid subscription. See the Refund & Billing Policy for the full terms.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Credit-metered features pause until your next monthly reset. You can buy a top-up pack at any time to keep going — ideas, hooks and scripts keep working either way.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of the current period, both from Settings → Billing.
